Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)was established in the year 2022. ICC is a grievance redressal forum within a workplace to address complaints of sexual harassment, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for women.
Purpose
To address complaints of sexual harassment, conduct inquiries and to provide assistance, to redress complaints of sexual harassment of women employees, recommend penalties and action against the accused if necessary. The complaint may be oral or in writing. If the complaint is oral, it should be documented in writing by the ICC members receiving the complaint and the same should be authenticated by the complainant under her dated signature or thumb impression as the case may be.
